Return & Exchange Policy
First: Return or Exchange Within 14 Days (No Reason Required)
The consumer has the right to exchange or return the product and receive a full refund without stating any reason, within fourteen (14) days from the date of receiving the product.
In this case, the consumer bears the shipping costs.
However, this right does not apply in the following cases:
- If the nature of the product, its characteristics, packaging, or wrapping makes it impossible to return or exchange, or if it cannot be restored to its original condition at the time of purchase.
- If the product is a fast-perishable consumer good.
- If the product is no longer in its original condition due to reasons attributable to the consumer.
- If the product was custom-made according to specifications provided by the consumer and matches those specifications.
Second: Return or Exchange of Defective Products Within 30 Days
The consumer has the right, within thirty (30) days from the date of receiving the product, to return or exchange it with a full refund if it is found to be defective.
In such cases, the consumer must contact the supplier (seller, distributor, or warranty provider) and clearly explain the defect.
