First : Replacement and return within 14 days from the date of receipt of the item without reason

The consumer has the right to replace or return the product with a refund of its cash value, without giving any reasons, and to bear the shipping costs within fourteen days of receiving it.

As an exception to this, the consumer may not exercise the right to exchange or return in the following cases:

1- If the nature of the commodity, its characteristics, or the method of its packaging or wrapping prevents its replacement or return, or makes it impossible to return it to the condition it was in at the time of contracting.

2- If the consumer goods are perishable.

3- If the goods are not in the same condition as they were at the time of sale for a reason attributable to the consumer.

4- If it is one of the goods that are manufactured according to special specifications determined by the consumer, and the goods are in accordance with these specifications.

Second : Replacement or return of defective goods within 30 days from the date of receipt.

The consumer has the right within thirty days of receiving the goods to replace them or return them with a refund of their cash value if they are defective.

In these cases, the consumer must resort to the supplier (seller, distributor, or warranty company) and explain the defect.
